Golf Course Planning
The Golf Course Planning Phase consists of analyzing the existing elements of the golf course property.

Vegetation, soils, topography, as well as environmentally sensitive elements such as wetlands, and native grasses. Slope and property personality also play an important role in the study.

As we study these elements we can begin to develop a creative plan which  incorporates the golf course elements and development features we discussed with the owner.  This process is the starting point of developing a series of routings for further playability evaluation. To find the best possible routing and strategy we research every angle of the property.
